During the EP's part-sessions (including on weekends before and after the part-sessions):

The rooms on the ground floor and in the basement ("Caveau") of the building are available free of charge to members of the Association for meetings, conferences, debates, receptions, breakfasts, lunch or working dinners.

If needed, we can consider specific installation in our rooms on request.

Please bear in mind  the following when ordering meals and drinks:

Reservation:

  • A minimum of 8 persons is required to organise a lunch or a dinner.
  • The EPA deals with ordering the meals except on special request from the room's user.

Meals and drinks:

  • The meals are provided and invoiced by the catering service of the European Parliament.

  • Menus change every month and cost €35,70 / person for lunch and €44,70 / person  for dinner. Drinks are included (wine, mineral waters, coffee).
  • Other options are:
    - drink + sandwich : €5 / person.
    - drink + sandwich + brownie + fruit : €8 / person.

  • You can choose between two formulas for your "coffee break":
    - drinks (coffee, tea, orange juice and mineral waters): €2,75 / person.
    - drinks with cakes: €3,70 / person.

  • If you wish to organise a buffet, we will forward you a non-binding price list at any time on your request.

  • The common time slots for the organisation of meals in our premises are the following:
    - breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
    - lunch from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
    - dinner from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.

  • Ordered luncheons and dinners must be cancelled at least two working days in advance, since otherwise the goods bought

for these meals will have to be charged (this regulation does not refer to beverages). In the case of cancellations of participants,

the regulations will also become valid.
